Trent Talbot Marina to Orillia

Paisley and Andrew were on the bow checking our depth as we were making our way back to the main Trent Canal. We had on average 2.5 feet under our hull on this part of the canal. Paisley spotted a snake and three turtles in the water while keeping watch. Paisley finds all the wildlife.

We are back on the Trent Canal and heading for our 20 mile journey across Lake Simcoe to Orillia our next stop. Seas started out at about a foot and slowly decreased in size as we got closer to Orillia. It was another fabulous day on the water here in Canada. The temperatures have cooled off a little and we are in the low 80's now.

We are approaching the Narrows below and found the marina we will be at until August 2. August 1st is a major holiday here and lots of people will be on the waterways. Our plans are always changing. When Andrew and I put a rough plan together two months ago we thought we would be in Michigan for my birthday but, that isn't happening. Oh well, maybe the Big Chute for my birthday seems like a better plan for now.
