The fog was pretty thick when we woke up. Although, it didn't stop these fishermen. We got underway by 10:15am and the fog finally burned off by 10:45am. It made for some really cool pictures as we passed by some cliffs.
We saw some black cows hanging out on the riverbank staring back at us. It reminded me of the cows we saw back in The Trent-Severn near Lake Simcoe!
We passed by a cool Tom Sawyer raft and waved hello.
We made it to our anchorage by 4:30pm and dropped the dingy to do some exploring on the three islands near us. Sabastian and Andrew went out to do some pre-exploring before we all headed out.
Cool animal tracks in the sand on the first beach. The sand was soft and full of really small pebbles and small bivalve shells and snail shells.
I never get tired of taking pictures of our boat!
We made our way over to another island and Sabastian found a rope swing! This beach was full of skipping stones and other river rocks.
